Terms of Service

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use StreamApparium. You are responsible for your account, credentials, guests, connected destinations, and all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or connected services have been compromised.

StreamApparium provides tools for creating livestream studio sessions, inviting guests, uploading or presenting media, configuring broadcasts, and sending live output to destinations such as YouTube.

You are responsible for your content, broadcasts, guests, titles, descriptions, media, and destination settings. You must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed for content you upload, display, stream, record, or transmit.

You may not use StreamApparium to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse infrastructure, bypass security, misrepresent yourself, harass others, or stream content that the relevant platform or law prohibits.

If you connect YouTube or another third-party service, you authorize StreamApparium to access and use that service as needed to provide the features you request, including creating and managing live broadcasts.

Your use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms, the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy, and any applicable Google or YouTube API policies.

Third-party services may change, suspend, revoke, rate-limit, or reject access. StreamApparium is not responsible for third-party platform availability, policy decisions, account actions, or livestream destination failures outside our control.

Paid features may require an active subscription. Prices, plan limits, features, and billing periods are shown at checkout or in the product.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

We work to keep StreamApparium reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, failures, network issues, platform limits, or events outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed to improve the service, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to third-party platform changes.

Apparrium and its licensors own StreamApparium, including the software, interface, design, trademarks, and related technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

You keep ownership of your own content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise handle your content to provide and operate StreamApparium.

You may stop using StreamApparium at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a way that may harm users, Apparrium, infrastructure, or third parties.

StreamApparium is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apparrium will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, livestream failures, or third-party platform actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of StreamApparium after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
