How We Use Information

To provide the StreamApparium live studio, including account access, guest links, media handling, livestream setup, YouTube broadcast creation, and RTMP output.

To maintain, debug, secure, and improve the service.

To process subscriptions, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, and communicate important service or account notices.

To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Apparrium, and third parties.

YouTube API Services

StreamApparium uses YouTube API Services when you choose to connect a YouTube account. By connecting YouTube, you authorize StreamApparium to use your YouTube account permissions to retrieve channel information and create, configure, bind, and manage live broadcast resources as needed for the livestreaming features you request.

StreamApparium stores YouTube OAuth tokens so your channel can remain connected between sessions. You may disconnect YouTube inside StreamApparium, revoke access from your Google Account permissions page, or contact us to request deletion of stored connection data.

Your use of YouTube through StreamApparium is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us operate the product, including hosting, database, authentication, email, payment, media processing, and livestream infrastructure providers.

When you connect YouTube, we send required broadcast and authorization information to Google and YouTube so the requested livestream features can work.

We may disclose information if required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information or YouTube user data.

Retention And Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.

You can request deletion of your account data or YouTube connection data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, legal, or backup purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may update account information, disconnect YouTube, revoke Google access, decline non-essential browser permissions, or request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable.
